The Challenge
A local manufacturing company contacted SVN regarding its search for approximately 30,000 square feet of industrial space. To support its operations, the client required a facility with high ceilings, loading docks, and convenient access to major transportation routes.
The Plan
We conducted a comprehensive regional search by leveraging our extensive broker network through both SVN and the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR). This process led us to a 32,500-square-foot industrial property that met the client’s specifications.
The Result
SVN successfully negotiated a five-year lease on behalf of our client. As part of the agreement, the landlord provided standard tenant improvements, including new carpeting and paint in the office area and several warehouse space enhancements. The lease arrangement ensured the client secured a well-suited facility aligned with their operational needs.
